Mofid University, a religious school at the religious city of Qom in Iran, founded and run by the Islamic Regime of Iran, is organizing a Human Rights Conference with the Cooperation of the United Nations  and the International Center for Dialogue Among Civilizations on May 2004.

This event staged by one of the most notorious abusers of human rights is a mockery of Human Rights. It is so outrageous and disgraceful that the United Nations has supported this shameful event. I urge all human rights organizations and human rights activists to persuade UN to withdraw its support. Please don't allow the legitimization of a regime that has been systematically violating human rights from the day of its inception.
